Mr. Bidhu Bhusana Patra, aged about 49 years, is one of the promoters of M/s. Mannequin Pharmaceuticals Private Limited. He is a diploma holder in Pharmacy & has been in the trade of Pharmaceutical formulations for the last 22 years. He launched his business campaign as a distributor of pharmaceutical products and started a pharmaceutical trading business in 1996 & wished to expand his contour to manufacturing. The exposure & knowledge coupled with academic inputs imbibed him to have his own Pharmaceutical manufacturing unit under the name & style of M/s. Mannequin Pharmaceuticals as a proprietorship organization in 2006. In 2014, the name & style of the company changed from proprietorship to a Pvt. Ltd Company. M/s. Mannequin Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. Presently, he acts as the Managing Director of the Company. He looks after the overall management and production activities of the company. His relentless effort has presented himself as a successful businessman in the pharma circle.

Mr. Debendra Nath Dash, aged about 70 years, started his career in 1977 in the pharma sector in sales and left the job in the year 2000, by which time he was the Vice President in a reputed pharma company. Then he started his own company named RND Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., which deals with trading of pharmaceutical products. In 2014, he joined hands with Mr. Bidhu Bhusana Patra to form the Proprietorship Firm into a Pvt. Ltd. Company. Mr. Debendra Nath Dash acts as a director (nominated director by RND Laboratories Pvt. Ltd) in Mannequin Pharmaceuticals Private Limited. He appears to be an apt risk analyzer of the business domain and a person who understands the value of each penny of his investment.
